Touch Heart Ministry is dedicated to uplifting our community with love and care. Each month, we deliver groceries to two families within a 25-mile radius of 60628.  Submissions are accepted the 1st-5th of each month. While we appreciate all submission, we prioritize based on need and timing. Our goal is to be a tangible expression of God’s love through service, support, and nourishment.
